Commit SOL 1 DAY is what we call the process of smile reconstruction in less than 24 hours that we carry out thanks to the CAD-CAM system.

CAD (computer-aided design) – CAM (computer-aided manufacturing) is a system that uses a computer programme to design the dental pieces that are then placed in the patient’s mouth, and is carried out in three phases:

1- Scanning of the tooth or dental implant on the model. An intraoral scanner allows us to capture the patient’s treatment area with maximum precision.

2- Design, using 3D software, of the aesthetic prosthesis. With the digitised image, using state-of-the-art software, we design the piece to be made with great precision.

3- Robotic milling of the part from the design information. The milling machine creates a block of the chosen material. In this way we obtain an exact reproduction of the dental structure in a few minutes.
