Who are we?
We are a dental clinic whose mission is to meet oral health need of our patients, offering the best and most innovative diagnostic and treatment techniques, with a highly qualified and continuously trained team.
We are a benchmark at the provincial level in the field of dentistry in two areas: as a clinic to address our patients’ needs and as a workplace, always caring for the team that makes up the center, without forgetting our suppliers and collaborators.
Excelence
Excellence in the management of our clinic is the set of actions we take to achieve the set objectives. Our main goal is the human factor, around which all our actions and goals revolve.
To achieve this goal, we decided to implement a series of systems that involve aligning ourselves with strict protocols and procedures set by the following management systems.
EFQM
We are the first Andalusian dental clinic to achieve this prestigious recognition. EFQM values not only the company’s management but also the continuous reinforcement of trust with our patients and suppliers.
The EFQM seal is a management model that focuses on quality and continuous improvement. It links the company’s objectives with the results achieved, to keep improving at all times.
This recognition is awarded by the European Foundation for Quality Management, a non-profit organization that promotes innovation and creativity in business and the improvement of management through widely proven and tested tools in Europe.
SICTED
It is a system for improving the quality of tourist destinations, promoted by the State Secretariat for Tourism (SET), with the support of the Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces. We achieve it with the excitement of a new project dedicated to health and beauty tourism.
Located in the tourist area of Levante Almeriense, we aim to offer visitors to the region healthcare services of the same high quality as the other services provided to tourists.
United Nations Global Compact
We align our actions to promote a sustainable and responsible company. We base our practices on the 10 principles set out by the United Nations Global Compact in areas related to human rights, labor, the environment, and anti-corruption. Additionally, we embrace the 17 Sustainable Development Goals established by the United Nations Conference for the 2030 Agenda. This is a global call to action to end poverty, protect the planet, and ensure that all human beings enjoy peace and prosperity.
